The application process is entirely online and free. Visit our Online Application Portal, fill in your personal details, academic information, and select your preferred course. You will receive your admission letter immediately after submission.
No. Applications are completely free. There are no charges for submitting an online application.
No document uploads are required during the online application stage. You will only need to bring original documents when you report on your admission date.
Your admission letter is generated automatically and immediately after you submit your application. You can download, view, and print it directly from the confirmation page.
Visit our KUCCPS Admission Portal and search using your KCSE Index Number, National ID, or Birth Certificate Number. If your placement data has been uploaded, you can download your letter instantly.
Bring: (1) Original KCSE Certificate or Results Slip, (2) National ID or Birth Certificate, (3) 4 passport-size photos, and (4) a printed copy of your admission letter.
Each applicant may apply for one course per intake period. You may apply again in a subsequent intake if needed.
